In 2023, SlideHub began offering implementation services. The demand for these services grew quickly, leading to the formation of our Expert Solutions division.
As client interest continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive Expert Solutions forward. This is a full-time remote role based in Portugal.

As client interest continues to grow, we’re looking for a Project Manager to help drive Expert Solutions forward. This is a full-time remote role based in Portugal.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Expert Solutions Project Manager, you will:
- Lead end-to-end client projects
- Run client meetings to understand project requirements
- Offer structured recommendations and guidance
- Review and optimize templates across the Office suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Create brand guidelines and best practice materials
- Upload and organizing materials into client libraries
- Delivering basic training to clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success
- Contribute to improving Expert Solutions workflows, tools, and internal documentation
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication skills and is confident in leading client calls
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to guide clients toward practical, effective solutions
- A strong visual sense with an eye for design, consistency, and layout
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
- Fluent English (business)
Preferred background:
Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, or a related field that combines visual and interpersonal skills
Bonus if you have:
- Hands-on experience with PowerPoint
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Experience with visual identity and brand-asset development
- Familiarity with content or knowledge management systems
