Full-Time Federal Environmental Remediation Program Manager

• Manages and directs professional and technical staff to complete complex environmental projects
• Leads teams by utilizing advanced scientific principles, theories, and practices
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems
• Interprets and records data, conducts analyses to ensure compliance
• Manage/perform programs under a FFP or CPFF contract
• Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for programs

BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology and or an earth science-related field AND 10 years of relevant experience including 2 years of leadership. 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager of federal projects.

• Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
• 10+ years’ experience in environmental remediation project management
• Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations
• Experience successfully managing environmental projects for Federal clients (USACE, AFCEC, Navy)
• Thorough working knowledge of RCRA and CERCLA
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
• Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work
• Demonstrated proposal-writing skills
• Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully
