AECOM is seeking a Program/Project Manager to oversee Federal environmental remediation projects. This position may be remote.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Manages professional and technical staff.
- Leads teams using scientific principles.
- Develops technical solutions to complex problems.
- Interprets data and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Manages programs under FFP or CPFF contracts.
- Develops technical approaches and pricing for programs.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of Senior leadership.
- 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager of federal projects.
Preferred Requirements:
- Professional License (PE, PG, PMP, CHMM, or similar)
- 10+ years’ experience in environmental remediation project management.
- Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with regulator and stakeholder negotiations
- Experience managing environmental projects for Federal clients
- Knowledge of RCRA and CERCLA
- Ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
- Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational management skills and detail-oriented work
- Demonstrated proposal-writing skills
- Ability to market and win work
