Full-Time FEMA Client Account Manager

AECOM is seeking an experienced Client Account Manager (CAM) to support engagements with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). You will build and maintain strong relationships with FEMA and other federal clients, aligning services with their priorities and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate trusted relationships with key stakeholders across multiple FEMA directorates (Response, Recovery, Mitigation, Preparedness).
• Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the FEMA portfolio.
• Account Strategy: Maintain and update annual account plans, implementing strategies for sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaboration: Coordinate service delivery with internal teams.
• Performance Monitoring: Track client performance, identify areas for improvement, and enhance service delivery.
• Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and presentations for FEMA opportunities.
• Account Reviews: Conduct regular account reviews with AECOM leaders.
• Industry Insight: Stay informed about trends and changes in emergency management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS + 12+ years experience in emergency management, public administration, public policy, or demonstrated equivalency.
• Experience working with federal clients, specifically FEMA.
• Experience in client account management and business development.
• Strong understanding of FEMA's mission, programs, and procurement processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project management experience and cross-functional team management.
• Proposal development and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve service delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
