CyberArk is seeking a Finance AI Excellence Principal to lead the transformation of its finance function through AI, automation, and data. This role combines deep finance expertise, strategic design thinking, and business acumen to scale intelligent solutions that drive enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of CyberArk’s finance operating contexts, goals, and strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to shape and execute the AI, automation, and data transformation of finance.
- Infuse external best practices and methodologies for adopting AI/automation/data into the finance function.
- Drive wide-spread adoption of AI and automation within the finance function.
- Conduct analyses and develop insights/recommendations and action plans.
- Establish operating rhythm to guide AI roadmap, success metrics, and tracking.
- Maintain strong focus on implementation and change management.
- Identify initiative dependencies and risks and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 10+ years of professional experience.
- Experience in business process mapping and redesign with a strong focus on pragmatic integration of AI/automation/data.
- Knowledgeable in the ‘art-of-the-possible’ for AI/automation/data.
- Skilled in strategic program/project management.
- Ability to build relationships and inspire/influence/motivate/coach colleagues at all levels.
- Experience with change management frameworks and internal communications.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
