Spreetail is seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Europe Platform Service division. The role involves tracking, managing payments, and analyzing financial data.

1. Generating detailed invoices, adhering to contracted terms.
2. Managing weekly reporting.
3. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for invoice calculations and terms.
4. Tracking invoice payments and ensuring timely receipts.
5. Pulling relevant data from various systems and compiling reports.
6. Creating weekly performance reports for management.
7. Handling month-end reporting and deadlines for platform services invoicing.
8. Understanding outbound shipping costs (working with the Outbound team).
9. Understanding warehouse and personnel costs (working with the Operations team).

Required Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication skills for interaction with all departments.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Finance knowledge (understanding of Profit & Loss, credit control, accounts receivable).
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle time-sensitive deadlines.
• Confidence working with various stakeholders.

Technical Requirements

• 4th generation or higher computer (at least Intel i3 processor).
• At least 4GB RAM.
• Windows 10 or higher, or Mac OSX.
• Dual monitors.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (10 Mbps or higher).
• PC Headset
• High-definition (HD) webcam (720p or higher).
