Full-Time Finance Change Management Specialist

The Finance Business Product Management Organization is transforming business outcomes by leveraging scale, agility, and efficiency. This Change Management Specialist role will develop and deliver core organizational change management capabilities for the Finance organization.

• Help finance audience increase their skills and deliver value to their business partners.
• Key programs include implementations of connected enterprise planning, close process automation, new tax and treasury capabilities, and finance-wide AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enable understanding and effective use of change and communications tools.
• Apply a structured change methodology to build change management plans.
• Define and manage stakeholders, their engagement, and communications.
• Create communications collateral to support leadership messaging.
• Define training needs and develop content for various audiences.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of knowledge sharing and management.
• Build communications and change management best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance to change.

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 5+ Years in change management experience driving finance process and automation programs
• Experience with enterprise finance software such as Anaplan, SAP, Blackline, Kyriba and finance-oriented AI tools.
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci certification preferred)
• Experience with communications and training content material development
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence both leadership and working teams
• Experience with developing modern, creative digital change strategies
• Proactive, hands-on delivery and customer first mindset
• Demonstrated experience working in a deadline driven environment
• Highly proficient in Microsoft applications
