Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial management role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry.
• Proven expertise in Budget Processes is required.
• Experience with Anaplan software is essential.
• Must be able to analyze financial statements with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience in creating and managing Annual Financial Plans is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex financial models and perform complex financial analysis.
• Must have experience in Corporate Financial Planning.
• Experience in developing financial models is required.
• Proven skills in performing financial analysis and financial analytics.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without must be eligible to work in the U.S. for employment visa status.
• Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Should have a strong attention to detail.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
