Job Details
The Finance Project Manager will manage all the finance projects including integration activities of mergers & acquisitions and finance systems implementation. This includes collaborating with the business and all functions in the North America Market (NAM), incorporating technologies to improve efficiencies in current and future finance processes, and developing a transition and ongoing process. In addition, this position will be a member of the administration of the ERP systems for NAM.
- Administration of the current ERP systems and several Finance tools
- Development of efficient Finance processes including documentation of current/new processes
- Integration and management of all Finance aspects of acquisitions and divestments including collaborating with the businesses and other functions
- Ongoing infusion of technologies for process improvements
- Involvement in any structural or system changes from parent company (Geneva) and NAM
- Team member in implementation of several Power BI reports and KPIs
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance 7+ years of relevant Finance and Accounting experience
Project management experience focused on M&A integrations
LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (Preferred)
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES
- Language Skills: English – Advanced level proficiency
- Mathematical Skills: Advanced level proficiency
- Reasoning Skills/Abilities: Advanced level
- Strong business acumen/business awareness with solid technical and analytical background
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and inter-personal skills
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
COMPUTER SKILLS
MS Office Excel - Expert user level skills Oracle ERP Power BI (a plus)
TRAVEL
Frequent travel required (up to 66%)
