Full-Time Finance Transformation Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes, consolidating ERP systems, and ensuring financial and legal compliance across multiple acquired entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including ERP consolidation, process standardization, and legal entity consolidation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to design and implement scalable financial and compliance frameworks.
• Ensure alignment with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements during legal and financial consolidation.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives across multiple business units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting roles, with at least 3 years in finance transformation or legal entity consolidation projects.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and financial process optimization.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
