Financial Analyst II - Contract Opportunity
This is a Hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
About This Position
We are seeking a Global Wealth Management Operations – Clearance Team professional.
This role involves managing the trade matching process for Wealth Management Fixed Income and Equity trading flows. You will work closely with the business, technology, and multiple internal teams to ensure the timely clearance of trades prior to their settlement date.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage trade matching for Wealth Management Fixed Income and Equity trading flows, ensuring timely clearance of trades before the settlement date.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and internal teams to drive operational efficiency and address any issues that may arise in the trade matching process.
- Work independently and in teams, adapting quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, peers, and management, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Prioritize and manage competing tasks, maintaining focus on innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement.
Skills/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 1-3 years of financial services industry experience; ideally with project management exposure.
- General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, with a focus on equities and options.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing teams or projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on efficient time management and prioritizing competing urgent tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with VBA is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and act independently.
- Relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels of management.
