Full-Time Financial Systems Manager

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to join our FinTech Product Group. You will ensure the technology needs of the Finance organization are met to a best-in-class standard.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 8-10 Business Systems Analysts.
• Collaborate with the CFO Organization to understand their needs and act as their technical advisor.
• Build and manage integrations between NetSuite, Coupa and other systems to streamline workflows.
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams to identify system requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize accounting processes using NetSuite and Coupa.
• Assist in system implementation and integration projects.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Manage relationships with software vendors.
• Develop communication and rollout strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years managing accounting systems, 4 focused on NetSuite.
• Experience building integrations highly desired.
• Strong understanding of Coupa, NetSuite, SuiteFlow, and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Workato and other data management tools is a plus.
• Proven experience leading complex integration projects.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• 2-4 years prior management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Ability to articulate a clear vision and roadmap.
