Contractor Freelance PR Account Manager

Position OverviewTrust Relations is seeking a remote Freelance Account Executive to join our dynamic team! You'll have experience executing innovative publicity campaigns in the B2B technology space, and passion for our industry.

Account work may include content strategy, creation, distribution, data-driven reporting & analysis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with entry-level experience, seeking to grow their PR / marketing career.

You'll be a master of execution, consistently delivering high-quality results for a variety of clients.

You'll confidently interact with client contacts through email and calls, successfully manage multiple accounts, adapting to workload fluctuations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Working across multiple B2B/tech accounts to produce results
2. Participating in client calls
3. Providing counsel to clients
4. Developing an exceptional rapport with clients
5. Ensuring the quality of client deliverables
6. Communicating about strategic client documents and discussions
7. Responding to client requests efficiently
8. Assisting with press releases, pitch letters, and communication plans
9. Executing media relations strategies
10. Building new media relationships
11. Securing and staffing interviews
12. Developing junior team members (as needed)
13. Performing ongoing and ad-hoc projects

Skills Required:

• 5+ years’ PR experience
• B.S/B.A in PR, Marketing, Business Communications
• Understanding of B2B/tech marketing
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Out-of-the-box thinker and creative writer
• Experience working with teams in multiple locations
• Team player and joy to work with
