MicroBIM is seeking a Frontend Lead to join our team, contributing to innovative software solutions for the AEC industry. We value innovation and collaboration, aiming to shape better digital experiences. As Frontend Lead, you will translate complex AEC concepts into intuitive interfaces, working with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design web and software solutions.

- Develop and maintain advanced, responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
- Write clean, scalable, well-documented code.
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation from UI/UX designs (e.g., Figma, XD).
- Handle cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
- Design and maintain scalable frontend architectures and reusable components.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and libraries.
- Lead frontend project planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing dashboards or issue-tracking platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Experience with Angular, React, and Next.js.
- Solid skills in HTML, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive UI.
- Experience with state management (NgRx, Redux, Zustand).
- Clear communication skills and ability to work within Agile/Scrum environments.
