About Helius: Helius is building the core infrastructure for Solana - empowering developers to create the next generation of crypto-powered applications. Our mission is to accelerate the development of internet capital markets by making it easier, faster, and more intuitive to build on-chain.
We're looking for a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to own the most critical parts of the Developer Portal: onboarding, configuration, enablement, and observability. These surfaces are instrumental to providing a top-tier customer experience, maximizing conversion and retention.
What You'll Do:
- Create clean, fast onboarding flows that directly drive conversion and activation
- Build scalable backend services that power our user-facing applications
- Drive technical decisions around frontend architecture, state management, and API design
- Improve performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability across the stack
- Move quickly, make strong product calls, and simplify complex problems
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience in production environments
- Strong proficiency with React and modern frontend development
- Strong backend experience with languages like Golang, C#, Java, or Rust
- Experience building and maintaining REST/GraphQL APIs
- Experience with database design and optimization
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and DevOps principles
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and execute at speed with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience building and maintaining billing systems
- Prior startup and/or web3 experience
- Solana development experience
- Understanding of web security best practices
