ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Fullstack Engineer with a front-end focus, you will play a key role in developing robust web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will work in a dynamic team environment, collaborating with designers, product managers, and back-end developers to create innovative solutions across the technology stack. Your expertise in front-end technologies will be instrumental in building responsive, user-friendly interfaces while also engaging with back-end systems to ensure seamless integration. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects and help shape the direction of our digital initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in collaborative development practices.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and best practices, applying them to improve application functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Frontend Development:
- Proficiency in TypeScript and experience building applications using Angular.
- Strong understanding of modern web development practices, including responsive design and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with BMW Density Framework is a plus.
- Backend Development:
- Experience with AWS Serverless architecture, including AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with Aurora Serverless and pgVector.
- Infrastructure:
- Knowledge of networking principles and experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Familiarity with AWS Solution Architecture best practices.
- General Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for learning new technologies and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
