About Smartpricing: We support small and medium-sized accommodation providers with solutions to help them compete with larger chains. We're the fastest-growing B2B SaaS company in accommodation, with over 4000 clients in 17 countries. We're seeking a proven Fullstack Team Lead to join our expanding engineering team and help us continue our growth.
What You Will Do:
- Hands-on support: architecture design, estimations, implementations, and test coverage.
- People Management: lead a team of engineers, provide reviews, career support, and technical guidance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work in scrum with product managers, QA, designers, and interface with the engineering lead.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Experience as a people manager, or strong desire to manage people.
- Experience with Node.js, React/Vue/Angular.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Circle CI).
- Experience with databases (e.g., Postgres, Cassandra), Kafka, and microservices.
