Full-Time FUSRAP Program Manager

AECOM needs a FUSRAP Program Manager based anywhere in the US. You will work with technical experts to deliver remediation services to clients in the Federal market, focusing on the Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP).

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage/perform FUSRAP programs under a FFP or CPFF contract for USACE
• Develop complex technical approaches and competitive pricing for FUSRAP programs
• Build and manage AECOM's FUSRAP program

Minimum Requirements:

• BS/BA in engineering, environmental science, soil science, geology, or related earth science field
• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Manager of federal projects or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education, including 2 years of leadership
• Valid Driver's License
• US Citizenship (due to work nature)

Preferred Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience managing FUSRAP task order work for USACE
• Ability to manage projects to scope, schedule, and budget
• Knowledge of project financial accounting, reporting, and controls
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral & written)
• Organizational management skills and detail-oriented work
• Experience on FUSRAP programs
• Demonstrated proposal-writing skills, Multiple Award Task Order Contract proposals
• Demonstrated ability to market and win work successfully
• Excellent references
