A leading global social media agency is looking for a freelance Gaming Moderator for Thai and English speakers.

Responsibilities:

• Review reported content (comments, chats, images, videos, audio) in English and Thai.
• Apply moderation guidelines to determine policy violations.
• Escalate harmful content, ensuring user and brand protection.
• Maintain adherence to Social Element and client-specific guidelines.
• Stay informed about guideline and system updates.
• Adhere to project schedules for moderation and training.
• Handle sensitive and challenging content with resilience.
• Escalate content relating to child safety or bomb threats.
• Inform supervisors of technical issues or client concerns.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Excellent Thai and English proficiency (reading skills are paramount).
• Background Experience: Moderation, community management, or gaming enthusiast experience.
• Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with gaming platforms (TikTok, Twitch, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Digital Native: Proficient in using various technologies and platforms.
• Self-Discipline: Ability to manage remote work effectively.

IT Requirements:

• Windows 10 64-bit or higher/ macOS Ventura or higher.
• i5 8th generation or faster processor.
• 8GB RAM (16GB recommended).
• 20Mbps download/ 1Mbps upload internet speed (50Mbps/5Mbps recommended).
• 40GB HDD space (SSD recommended).
• Webcam and headset.
• Android/iOS device for 2FA.

Work Hours:

• Thai Project: Thursday 9 PM to 10 PM (UK time)
• English Project: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability
