Role Overview: As a GCP Cloud Engineer, you'll work on cloud infrastructure modernization for a top global bank, driving growth and ensuring resilience.

Responsibilities:

• Discover & Assess: Explore application workloads, infrastructure dependencies, and security controls to identify gaps and recommend cloud adoption strategies. Deliver insightful reports.
• Plan & Migrate: Design and implement migration strategies, reduce risks, unlock automation, and migrate workloads (including containerized applications). Use blue-green strategies for availability.
• Build & Automate: Develop scalable and secure infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), automate pipelines, and create innovative solutions.
• Orchestrate & Containerize: Build robust container strategies, automate container orchestration (Kubernetes), and standardize processes.
• Optimize & Innovate: Ensure efficient cloud environments with automated performance and cost optimization, high-availability configurations, and dynamic scaling.
• Secure & Comply: Embed automated security frameworks and access controls, and guarantee compliance with all deployment requirements through automated validation.
