Full-Time General Customer Experience Agent

About the Role: We seek experienced call center executives to join as General Customer Experience Agents. This role involves handling customer inquiries, conducting outbound calls, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Assignments change frequently to meet demands.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently (First Call Resolution).
• Record customer interactions on Odoo tickets.
• Conduct outbound calls for sales and non-sales activities (Deposit Push/Approval Verification, Post Pick-Up calls, planting date surveys).
• Follow scripts, maintain a professional tone, and meet sales targets.
• Escalate complex issues promptly.
• Gather and document data accurately.
• Use call center tools effectively and adapt to queue assignments.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or Diploma
• Self-motivated, capable of remote work
• Intermediate computer skills (Windows/Ubuntu)
• Detail-oriented
• Data entry experience is a plus
• Stable internet connection
• Team player
