The Genesys Cloud CX Change Manager will be responsible for driving user adoption, communication, and organizational readiness for transformation initiatives. This role ensures smooth transitions, partnering with business, technical, and training teams to prepare users for new tools and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans in Genesys Cloud CX environment.
- Assess change impact and organizational readiness across business units and end users.
- Plan and deliver training programs tailored to different audiences.
- Prepare communication materials and adoption metrics.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Analysts to align change management activities.
- Monitor user feedback and adoption levels, addressing resistance proactively.
- Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Act as a key advocate of change, fostering collaboration between business and IT teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager.
- Solid understanding of Genesys Cloud CX.
- Experience developing user adoption and communication plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Experience in creating training materials and conducting workshops.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Comfortable working in agile models across distributed teams.
- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving mindset.
