Full-Time German Language Expert

Follow Invoice Control procedures.

Perform Approvals and Postings in Invoice Control on time with accurate details.

Raise Queries and monitor resolutions.

Work on SAP/Oracle screens fluently. Understand applications used in the process.

Work on PO & NON-PO Invoices.

KPI targets are on production (number of invoices processed and accuracy of details keyed).

Targets are higher for Analysts, and Analysts handle complex scenarios/suppliers.

Ideations are in process with less weightage.

Handle overdue invoices and/or invoices pending in GBS bucket for more than 30 days.

Manage Queries and Emails (internal and to customers, if needed).

Adapt and implement customer-requested changes quickly.

Handle intermediate and complex activities.

Collaborate with team members.

Good communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).

German language skills required (certification B2.1 or above).

Understand and respond according to process requirements.

Strong English-speaking skills.

Positive attitude, capable of overcoming challenges.

Implement continuous process improvements.

Knowledge of SAP system.

Understand Accounts Receivable - Invoicing, Daily Sales reconciliations, special account checks and corrections.

Understand and address inter-dependencies and real issues.
