Job Title: German Speaking Operations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise service operations, maintaining service levels, deadlines, and budget.
• Coordinate service delivery, monitor progress, and resolve issues/conflicts.
• Collaborate with lead service management and other units to develop/optimize processes.
• Participate in projects, new service development, or demand-driven initiatives.
• Ensure change implementation, incident/problem resolution within deadlines/service levels.
• Promote high performance and morale within the team.
• Support Head of Team with employee performance insights, address issues, escalate when necessary.
• Facilitate internal/external meetings/workshops/events, lead discussions during planning and execution phases.
• Identify, recommend, and drive Service Automation & Digitization initiatives.
• Mentor/Coach OPM community members to maximize their potential.

Required Experience:

• At least 3 years of Operations Manager experience
• Experience with Cloud operations and technologies (preferred)
• Good knowledge of IT Service Management
• Experience with matrix organizational structures
• Languages: Business fluent German and English
• Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Structural problem-solving abilities
• Analytical skills and interpretation abilities
• Agile methodology knowledge (an advantage)
• Proactive, independent, and "can-do" attitude
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
