Know-How/Skill/Qualification Support of following tasks:
- Service Delivery Manager (Customer Service Manager)
- Drive Sales-Farming activities and Drive Cost-Effective Revenue Growth
- Manage and resolve conflicts wisely and authoritatively, to minimize negative results and produce better business outcomes
- Facilitate and moderate internal and external meetings/workshops/events, lead processes and discussions around the plan phase and during the run phase
- Plan and deliver effective presentations, tailor to the needs of the audience or customer you are presenting to
- Identify, recommend and implement Service Automation & Digitization initiatives (e.g.: Designs, develops and implements solutions affecting the operations of the entire company organization)
- Maintain great Collaboration with cross-functional units
- Assess customer feedback and use your creativity to establish, improve, and refine services
At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry with an extensive experience in Service, Delivery and Partner management
Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile concepts and process management
Outstanding communication skills, a strong B2/C1 level German and English
Exceptional presentation and moderation skills as well as persuasiveness at top management level
Experience in leading or participating in larger IT projects
Responsible and Support of following processes and tools:
- ServiceNow
- Security

- Mainframe Modernization Projects
- Mainframe Know How (desirable)
