- Create and Maintain Custom APIs: Develop custom .NET location service APIs to support GIS-based applications and data exchange.
- Build Geospatial Applications: Design and develop applications utilizing ArcGIS APIs including ArcGIS Pro SDK and .NET Maps SDK for advanced mapping and data visualization.
- Support Statewide Geospatial Strategy: Contribute to services supporting natural resources, economic development, social services, public safety, and emergency response in Massachusetts.
- Coordinate GIS Activities: Collaborate with state and local government teams, set GIS data standards, and ensure consistent provision of geospatial services.
Required Skills and Technologies: .NET, ArcGIS Pro SDK, .NET Maps SDK, geospatial application design and data processing.
Application Scope: Supporting emergency response, real estate research, environmental planning, transportation planning, and engineering services for Massachusetts agencies and stakeholders.
