Full-Time Global Marketing Program Sr. Manager

The Global Marketing Program Senior Manager orchestrates and manages the design, execution, and performance of ServiceNow’s global integrated marketing programs for key persona groups.

Responsibilities:

• Strong project management of end-to-end marketing programs and campaigns.
• Holding teams accountable to project plans.
• Managing project plans, agencies, internal processes, and budget.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and execution of global integrated marketing program plans.
• Designing and managing the comprehensive project plan (campaign roadmap and timelines).
• Managing program budget (SOWs, POs, invoices).
• Ensuring marketing plan socialization and measurement.
• Ensuring program plan capture and tracking in tools.
• Driving internal communications and updates to Marketing leadership.
• Holding cross-functional teams accountable for plan execution.
• Leading by influence across various teams (Brand, Creative, Digital, Product, Field, Partner Marketing, Events, Analytics).
• Collaborating with Marketing Program Managers to share best practices and connect dots.

Skill & Experience Requirements:

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Proven marketing program management experience.
• Experience driving, designing or executing integrated marketing programs.
• Understanding of marketing campaign performance and business impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred experience in enterprise software industry.
• Domain knowledge in brand, creative, field, digital, and product marketing.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of marketing experience.
