Full-Time Global Mobility Agent, Spain

Your responsibility areas:

• Immigration and settle-in processes for talent relocating to Spain
• Immigration-related procedures for employers hiring international talent in Spain
• Prepare immigration documentation and attend appointments as needed
• Manage your own caseload from start to finish
• Build and maintain relocation processes and guidelines for Jobbatical in Spain
• Participate in sales meetings/conferences/meetings as needed

What helps you to succeed in this role:

• You have a law degree (Graduado en Derecho)
• No prior experience required, but experience in immigration law will be considered a plus.
• You are a Spanish speaker, but are also a fluent communicator in English
• You are comfortable with working remotely
• You are tech savvy
• You know how to prioritize & focus & get things done
• Natural ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles
• Independent working style
• Attention to detail
• You like to communicate with people and can explain complicated things in an understandable way

You get some extra points if you have:

• Some knowledge of the immigration and settle-in processes
• Experience in a client-facing position
• Experience in multicultural and international environments
• Lived abroad and understand what the challenges that the talents relocating are facing
