Full-Time Global Mobility Expert, Spain

Your responsibility areas:

• Provide relocation assessments and consultations for clients, talents, and colleagues.
• Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and company meetings, sharing immigration and relocation expertise.
• Train colleagues on relocation topics and assessments.
• Support colleagues and the team in escalations and other issues.
• Own improvement processes to reduce escalations.
• Manage relocation cases with high quality, considering talent, company, or individual profiles.
• Coordinate translations and services with providers; seek and close providers when needed.
• Seek opportunities for in-house relocation services and better rates.
• Seek and execute opportunities to reduce COSG.
• Build and maintain relocation and immigration processes, workflows, and guidelines.
• Update and maintain the platform.
• Support the Global Mobility Team.

What helps you to succeed in this role:

• Proven experience in settle-in services (housing, accommodation, appointments, registration, fingerprinting, EU certificates, household moves).
• Spanish and English fluency; other languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to connect with foreign talent and empathize with their struggles.
• Project management skills (independence, initiative, timelines, attention to detail).
• Comfort with IT solutions.
• Prioritization and focus skills.
• Experience in a client-facing position (desired).
• Multicultural and international experience (desired).
• Experience living abroad (desired).
