Partner Programs Manager is responsible for coordinating and tracking all aspects of the NextWave Partner Program and global/cross-business unit planning.
Reports to Senior Director of Worldwide Partner Programs.
Supports all partner routes to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Project manage strategic projects across all 5 NextWave partner routes to market (Reseller, Managed Security Service Providers, Cloud Service Providers, Distributors, and Service Partners).
- Track and report on planning, implementation, documentation, and readiness of each project.
- Ensure alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and long-term strategic goals.
- Collaborate with key organizational and regional leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic projects, working closely with Channel Operations and IT.
- Cross-Business Unit Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and communicate with internal teams such as Legal, IT, Channel Ops, Partner Services, Finance, Accounting, Enablement, and GTM to ensure program deployment success.
- Champion Operational Excellence: Lead implementation of disciplined execution practices across project management activities, setting operational excellence standards and driving accountability/continuous improvement.
- Manage Readiness Steering Committee process.
- Escalate and resolve complex/high-risk projects/programs, proactively identify issues, mitigate risks, and provide strategic guidance.
- Create and maintain program content (presentations, guides, infographics, rebate lists, etc.).
- Collaborate with Partner Experience team to ensure program content accuracy/relevance.
- Assist with internal/external communications, partner rebate programs, and Partner Advisory Council logistics.
- Manage vendor relationships and budgets across partner routes to market.
Required Experience
- BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration or similar field with a focus on project management.
- 5-7 years of partner, channel, or sales program experience.
- Experience in channel/sales organization.
- Proven experience in Change Management and Project Management.
- Comfortable engaging at all levels.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate.
- Content creation and management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and project management skills; project management certification a plus.
- Experience with Asana a plus.
Compensation
Between $146000 - $236500/yr.
Includes stock units and bonus.
