You will oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-based resources to enhance sales team effectiveness, leveraging rapid authoring, AI tools, and micro-learning.
Responsibilities include end-to-end management of enablement programs, AI project execution, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and stakeholder management.
Program Management: Lead enablement programs, execute AI & technology projects for product launches, sales role plays, and deal reviews.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to define business needs and deliver AI-driven enablement. Build strong stakeholder relationships.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate leadership to the sales acceleration organization, stay updated on AI trends, recommend enhancements to existing tools, and champion best practices for innovation.
Content Creation: Design interactive, AI-powered training resources using NLP and machine learning.
Learning Repository: Maintain a centralized learning material library for sales teams.
Reporting & Analytics: Provide comprehensive analytics on AI-enabled learning assets.
Data Usage: Use sales data to develop personalized AI-driven learning resources for different sales teams and regions.
Qualifications: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter. Ability to adapt engagement styles and anticipate challenges related to cultural differences.
Strong project management skills, experience in program management with a focus on data-driven, AI, and machine learning for content creation or training.
Experience Required: 3+ years of program/project management experience. 3+ years sales enablement/training. Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and modern content creation tools. Experience with LMS integration and analytics platforms. Deep understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and real-world sales challenges. Experience working with global, culturally diverse teams, curriculum development, and global product launches.
Additional Requirements: Travel up to 20% (with international travel for workshops and meetings).
