Full-Time Global Strategic Partner Events Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Strategic Global Partner Events Manager to drive global partner events' success and growth. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, execute, and measure event outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Global Strategic Partner Events Lead and other GPC leaders to create integrated campaign plans.
• Drive demand/lead generation campaigns across marketing channels (content, social, digital, email).
• Execute and monitor event performance with internal stakeholders, content providers, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure performance reporting by working with marketing operations.
• Manage reporting, monitor program performance, and identify improvement areas.
• Support the entire event cycle to ensure on-schedule execution and meet deadlines.
• Develop and scale digital event platforms (Rain Focus, Swoogo, Qualtrix Surveys, etc.).
• Create impactful and immersive event experiences.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in event planning.
• Passion for event planning.
• Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution abilities.
• Knowledge of event technologies and promotional channels.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach, quick learning, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for on-site work, international travel, and weekend commitments (occasionally).
• Experience with global teams and external partners, and building collaborative relationships.
• Passion for metrics and data, with experience using reporting/dashboard tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high-energy 'can-do' personality.
