Full-Time Global SVP, Data & AI (North America)

• Client Advisory and Engagement: Act as a senior advisor to client executives on Data and AI strategy.
• Commercial Growth: Partner with Endava’s Client Partners to identify and shape Data & AI opportunities.
• Thought Leadership and Brand Building: Represent Endava’s point of view on Data and AI across public and internal forums.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborate with the Global Data & AI leadership team to shape Endava’s overall Data & AI vision.
• Cross-Sector Collaboration: Work across multiple verticals bringing transferable best practices.
• Credibility and Leadership: Engage with C-level executives, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of professional experience in Data and AI.
• Proven track record of developing and executing data and AI strategies.
• Experience engaging senior executives on emerging technologies.
• Deep understanding of at least one major industry vertical that Endava serves.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, global organization.

• Remote-first role, with a preference for candidates based on the East Coast of North America.
• Travel will be required (30–40% of time).
• Valid passport and driver’s license required.
