Senior Leadership role will drive insightsoftware’s product vision and strategy for our Close & Consolidation Product Pillar.
Expert in the Close & Consolidation space responsible for successful execution of short and long-term product roadmap, closely tracking UX and industry trends, adapting strategy to drive annual recurring revenue and product line growth.
Oversee multiple global Close & Consolidation products and strategies, and source new inorganic opportunities. Accelerate growth for current and future products.
Exude passion for customer experience, strong financial acumen, and entrepreneurial spirit. Deep understanding of close and consolidation processes in finance and accounting, including regulatory requirements (GAAP and IFRS) and industry best practices.
- Align global teams around clear product vision and roadmap.
- Own and accountable for product portfolio’s roadmap, deliverables, go-to-market strategy, and P&L.
- Create, lead, and own value creation plan.
- Maintain competitive market overview.
- Develop business cases for new products, features, and enhancements.
- Develop trusted relationships with technology and functional leaders.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and services for customer acquisition and retention.
- Demonstrate metrics-driven mindset.
- Identify build, buy and partner opportunities, lead acquisition strategy.
- Enhance product strategy balancing hypothesis testing with customer insights.
- Drive product development organization for releases.
- Understand market requirements via internal stakeholders.
- Assess risks and dependencies across product and engineering functions.
Areas of Focus:
- PRODUCT STRATEGY, VISION, AND PLANNING: Pulls from market/competitive insights, customer needs, and internal priorities to create vision, aligns with stakeholders for roadmap.
- PRODUCT GROWTH AND PROFITABILITY: Plans and manages product P&L (pricing, marketing, headcount), short- and long-term outcomes, roadmap connection, objectives.
- GO-TO-MARKET ALIGNMENT AND MATRIX MANAGEMENT: Manages channels to deliver performance goals (revenue, customer experience).
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: Drives development, engages stakeholders to enable faster speed to market and maximize return on spend.
