Full-Time Group Copy Supervisor

Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) Responsibilities:

Active contributor to the creative team, responsible for concept and copy development on various projects.

Multitasks and delegates effectively to manage projects seamlessly.

Direct liaison between creative and account teams, consistently delivering work meeting strategic, business, and creative expectations.

• Experience with oncology medications/devices & high-science brands
• AOR work experience; global team experience a plus
• Strong conceptual talents, bringing original ideas to every project
• Lead and elevate team creativity
• Constructive feedback to junior creatives (copy & art)
• Concept big ideas for cross-platform campaigns
• Manage at least one direct report
• Understand business & communications strategy
• Proficient in estimating hours (individual & team)
• Monitor workloads, ensuring proper utilization and reducing burnout
• Understand and meet utilization targets (individual & team)
• Master accessibility best practices
• Mentor mid-level team members, expanding their skills & knowledge
• Collaborate with senior copy, account management, project management & other teams for efficiency & team chemistry
• Client-facing confidence & presentation skills to sell creative strategy & work
• Contribute to new business efforts
