• Leadership: Proven creative lead and contributor on both conceptual and tactical projects.
• Mentorship: Ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level creative team members.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally with medical, account, creative, and strategy teams.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional proofreading and fact-checking skills.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Experience: 8+ years of pharmaceutical advertising/medical marketing copywriting experience.
• Therapeutic Knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry.
• Copy Expertise: Proven ability to develop compelling, scientifically accurate, and persuasive promotional copy.
• Conceptual Talent: Possesses strong conceptual talents.
• Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Multichannel Expertise: Experience crafting content for various formats.
