WHAT DOES A GROUP COPY SUPERVISOR, MARKET ACCESS DO?
The Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) is a key contributor to creative and strategic teams. The GCS takes ownership of concept and copy development for diverse projects across the portfolio, ranging in complexity. They possess strong multitasking and delegation skills, enabling seamless project management while contributing to project development.
The GCS acts as a liaison between creative and senior account teams, consistently delivering work that meets strategic, business, and creative expectations. Proficient presentation skills are vital, and the GCS often participates in client brainstorming and new business pitches. The GCS provides career guidance, mentorship, and support to the copy team, fostering growth and development.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required
- 7-8 years agency/healthcare writing experience
- At least 3 years of experience in branded/unbranded topics related to managed markets (PIE presentations, value proposition messaging, formulary kits, reimbursement materials, market access training, population health, cost & coverage resources).
- At least 3 years of agency experience supervising market access content for a brand.
- Expertise in extracting relevant information from clinical sources and creating medically accurate copy.
- Experience with complex projects involving internal/external account and creative teams.
- Strong client-facing abilities to advance dialogue, sell strategic ideas, and foster strong agency-client relationships.
- Proficiency in AMA style.
- Familiarity with FDA/OPDP regulations and guidelines.
- Strong leadership abilities to mentor, supervise, and guide junior writers.
- Proactive monitoring of project progress (own and direct reports), providing direction, input, and feedback on direct reports' work.
- Coordinating assignments among freelance writers and managing freelance work quality.
- Assessment of daily copywriting needs and communication of coverage gaps/support to other teams.

Compensation: $119,000 - $176,000 (US only). Determined by experience, qualifications, and location. EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this range.
