Part-Time Group Facilitator

About the Role Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Complete all Onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with your assigned Charlie Health Group Quality Supervisor at a minimum of 1x/month
• Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly
• Review the curriculum prior to group start time
• Arrive 10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate the entire hour
• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion
• Follow operational policies and procedures
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision
• Work collaboratively with the care team
• Communicate clearly with all clients, staff, and families
• Monitor treatment documentation
• Maintain professional ethics
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT) and on Saturdays
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Well-versed in a variety of modalities
• Passionate about group treatment
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative and engaging
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
• Reliable WIFI connection
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software
