Full-Time Group Solution Manager

Endeavour Group is seeking a strategic technology leader for a Group Solution Manager role, leading the technology strategy for our Commerce and Customer Experience platforms.

You will be responsible for the entire customer journey and own the technical product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with business partners and technical teams.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Technology Strategy & Planning: Own and maintain the technology roadmap for the Commerce/Cust Exp domain.
• Devise platform solutions and guide technical decisions that support the business strategy.
• Provide innovative solutions to meet customer needs across digital and physical channels.
• Drive the review and selection of new solutions.
• Understand technical trends and assess emerging products.
• Proactive leadership on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Active involvement in the annual Budget planning process.

• Delivery Enablement: Partner with Tribe Leads and Product Managers to understand customer and business problems.
• Provide technical advisory to ensure quality plans exist for the objectives and align with the domain roadmap.
• Manage the technical relationship with external technology partners.
• Partner with other Solution and Platform managers to ensure the end-to-end technology stack meets the business strategy.
• Develop metrics and KPIs for performance measurement.

• Leadership & Influence: Key influencer, leading and mentoring delivery squads and fostering innovation.
• Core member of the IT Extended Leadership Team, contributing to our overall technology direction.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in technology management.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Solid Experience with Mobile Applications (IOS & Android), Web / Front-end, CMS, Digital Assets platforms, SEO, Search & Browse technologies
• Technical background such as software development, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology
• Digital applications experience
• Proven ability to execute technology solutions
• Experience in the retail industry, especially multi-channel environments, is highly desirable.
