Work Details: 4-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend. Paid hourly via Upwork.
Contract Work Scope:
- Assist in the execution of seasonal growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Prepare creative assets and coordinate with internal teams.
- Monitor live campaign performance using dashboards and platform tools.
- Support A/B testing and document test hypotheses and results.
- Assist in competitive research and ad benchmarking.
- Organize campaign materials and shared folders.
- Maintain campaign trackers and build a consolidated calendar.
- Support internal and partner-facing communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing channels (paid social, PPC, programmatic).
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset.
Status: Contractual, home-based job requiring 8 hours of full-time, dedicated work daily, five days a week. No benefits. Paid overtime may be required. Contract effective from September 2025 to January 2026.
