Job Summary: Planner 5D seeks a data-driven Growth Product Manager to boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention across mobile and web. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and leveraging data insights to enhance product performance. This requires strong analytical skills, growth marketing understanding, and experience in A/B testing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies supporting marketing campaigns and increasing paid subscriptions.
- Optimize marketing funnels (onboarding, registration, conversion, retention).
- Use analytics to test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and analyze user behavior.
- Collaborate with creative team and analysts to create effective advertising materials.
- Work closely with the CMO and CPO.
Requirements:
- Experience in conversion optimization and sales funnel management.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Amplitude, GA4, Firebase).
- 3+ years experience in mobile marketing and growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, ASA, etc.).
- Experience with global products, especially large-scale markets.
- B2+ English proficiency.
