Full-Time Growth Project Manager (Remote)

• Hands-on role: Talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features.
• Responsibilities:
  • Analytics projects – Oversee reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Website, funnel & collateral projects – Manage updates to our website and funnels, and deliver marketing collateral.
  • Traffic-driving marketing projects – Coordinate initiatives to drive more traffic through SEO, AI search, partnerships etc.
  • Product research & requirements – Research users, competitors, and market practices; translate findings into clear specifications and requirements for development.
  • Delivery of new features – Coordinate the implementation of product updates.
  • Team & freelancer management – Coordinate the work of our remote team, and recruit/manage freelancers when needed.

• 3-4 years of project management experience in a marketing agency, SaaS, or similar digital environment
• Practical experience running marketing projects
• Solid experience with marketing dashboards and metrics.
• Familiarity with web technologies and the ability to comfortably collaborate with web developers.
• Excellent English (C1 or higher) and communication skills.
