We are searching for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter with a background in sales hiring to join our People Operations Team.
You’ll play a key role in building strong partnerships with our hiring managers and finding top sales and customer experience talent to drive our revenue growth.
This is a 1-year contract role to start, with the opportunity to be converted to a full-time position.
As a Recruiter at Ada, you will source, interview, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to hire the best people for the right role at the right time.
You will focus specifically on hiring for GTM roles such as Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Professional Services Consultants positions, with the flexibility to support additional functions like G&A as needed.
As an integral team member, you will use your creative sourcing skills, strong communication, and relationship-building expertise to build a strong candidate pipeline and engage with active, passive, and diverse talent from many channels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing with a focus on sales or GTM roles in a tech company.
- Self-starter with exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Reliable and resilient team player to deliver on your commitments in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven, understanding the importance of sharing data and reflecting on it to pivot strategies and educate your hiring partners.
- Always curious, demonstrating a perpetual learner's mindset, a love for making new discoveries, and a desire to improve the status quo.
- Strong sourcing skills using a variety of tools and platforms.
- Working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an asset.
- Deep understanding of sales profiles and proven ability to assess sales talent effectively.
Responsibilities
- Consistently hire high-performing GTM professionals—AEs, SDRs, and Customer Experience roles—through strategic sourcing and funnel management.
- Lead intake meetings, identify key criteria for candidates, and create effective and creative sourcing strategies to target both active and passive talent.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of candidates.
- Own the process from initial intake to closing a candidate.
- Use creative sourcing techniques to tap and build diverse candidate pipelines and facilitate world-class candidate experiences.
- Research and implement new tools and programs to further develop our talent operations and strategies.
- Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers on bias, diversity, interviews, and operational processes.
- Contribute to sales hiring strategy and collaborate closely with Revenue Leadership to ensure alignment with business goals.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 CAD
