Role Impact: Strategically manage the consolidation of seven claims systems into Guidewire.
- Leverage claims system knowledge to ensure best solutions for Argo.
- Highlight Argo's unique business needs in Guidewire configuration for maximum operational efficiency.
- Develop necessary tools and information to guide Guidewire users.
- Develop novel solutions for organization-wide issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Broad knowledge of insurance coverages (casualty, property, professional lines).
- Claims negotiation, resolution, and settlement expertise.
- Good business acumen (understanding insurance company operations and profitability).
- Independent decision-making, risk-focused.
- Data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships.
- Excellent communication skills (active listening, proactive communication).
- Desire for professional development.
