Full-Time Habitat Delivery Project Manager

As a Project Manager in the Habitat Delivery (Land) team, you will be responsible for delivering habitat creation and enhancement projects safely, on-time, and to budget.

This is an exciting role for a forward-thinking Project Manager where you would work closely with our ecologists and land managers to plan and deliver habitat creation works across your region. Works would include creation and enhancement of a range of habitats including woodland and scrub, species-rich grassland, wetland, and associated infrastructure works.

1. Working alongside EB ecologists and land managers as part of ‘project teams’ with responsibility for the delivery of sites.
2. Leading on the procurement and awarding of works to suitably vetted contractors and suppliers.
3. Management of contractors and delivery partners.
4. Planning and programming of works to ensure they are completed to the highest quality, to an agreed timescale, taking account of seasonal constraints, and within budget.
5. Undertake quality audits and be responsible for signing off completed works.
6. Maintaining high-quality relationships with landowners, their contractors, and other stakeholders.
