This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
Fully on-site in Washington, DC.
About this Position
We seek a skilled Hardware Support Technician for a 6-month on-site assignment in Washington, DC. Support seamless end-user device migration and deployment, minimizing disruption.
Excellent opportunity for hands-on technicians passionate about deskside support and customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Support end-user hardware migration and deployment.
- Provide deskside technical support.
- Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
- Assist with device imaging and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration hardware/software issues.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Prior deskside support and hardware deployment experience.
- Proficiency in mobile and endpoint device management platforms (MDM).
- Experience with laptop/desktop imaging, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be based in DC and available for on-site work, 5 days/week.
