We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Migration Specialist for a 6-month, on-site assignment in Washington DC. In this role, you’ll support the seamless migration and deployment of end-user devices, ensuring minimal disruption to daily business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the migration and deployment of various end-user devices.
- Provide deskside assistance throughout the migration process.
- Set up and configure mobile phones, tablets, and endpoint devices.
- Deploy and configure laptops and desktop systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-migration technical issues and user concerns.
Job Skills/Requirements:
- Prior experience in deskside support and device deployment.
- Familiarity with mobile and endpoint device management (MDM) platforms.
- Experience imaging, deploying, and configuring laptops and desktops.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be based in the DC area and available to work on-site, five days a week.
