Job Details
- HCC Coder with experience looking at the imaging echo cardiograms reviews- these should only be a few pages
- They have a 13,000 patient chart backlog
- Not straight abstracting from scratch will be looking for the structural heart defects to present to the providers and if the providers will go in and agree or disagree, will not be educating or speaking to the providers directly
- Will have to look through the athena system to find the echo
- They will be using specific things off the x-rays and cardiograms to tee up the providers
- M-F between 5am-6pm CST
- Must have a AAPC or AHIMA certification prefers CPC and CRC
- Work with systems including Athena, Risk Aquality within Salesforce, Excel, and Teams
- Must be able to start 8/26th and not have any vacations for up to 12 weeks

Ø Important information for role:
Contract for 12 weeks!
· Hours: Monday- Friday 5am-6 pm CST, must work during daytime hours for any questions
· Onsite/Remote: Remote can live anywhere
· System/s: Athena, Risk Aquality within Salesforce, Excel, and Teams
· Anticipated Start Date: 8/26th
· Metric standards—
o Productivity: 60 reviews/ day
o Accuracy: 95%
· Training expectations—First day must be on by 9am CST, the will go over the login information, training, meet and greet, will train on the EMR, will review charts together as a ground and this will be 9-5 so will need to be available during those hours for the first day, after the first will need to provide schedule they plan on working
