Full-Time Head of AI Ops & Growth (Remote - Equity Offered)

We’re a leading-edge microdosing supplement brand blending science, nature, and cheeky mental health content to break stigma and help people feel better — naturally. MCRDSE is where biohacking meets brand-building, and we're growing fast. We need an AI-driven, systems-minded builder to scale our backend with automation, funnel flows, and eComm integrations that just work.

What You’ll Own:

• Automate systems using Make, Zapier, GPT agents, and GoHighLevel
• Manage WooCommerce and optimize site performance (plugins, checkout, customer flows)
• Build out eComm funnels, email + SMS marketing, retargeting flows
• Integrate AI-powered support (chatbots, CRM sync, lead scoring)
• Work with our creative and content teams to launch campaigns with technical precision
• Maintain API connections and system health across tools

You Should Have Experience With:

• Automation tools: Make.com, Zapier, UI.Vision, GPT Agents
• E-Commerce: WooCommerce, WordPress, plug-in management
• CRM & Marketing: GoHighLevel, email/SMS automation

Bonus: Knowledge of Stripe, SlyBroadcast, ShipStation, Notion, Typeform
