Full-Time Head of Applied AI

We’re on a mission to democratize AI. As Head of Applied AI, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/ML solution development.
• Define and execute the technical vision for applied AI solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques (RAG, fine-tuning, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and field teams.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate AI offerings.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Stay abreast of AI/ML trends.
• Travel to customer sites (occasional).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Applied AI and ML.
• Strong proficiency in Python, NLP experience preferred.

Compensation: $220,000 - $300,000 OTE, plus equity.
